Property Portfolio Management

  • Prior to tenant moving in arrange for cleaning and any maintenance work required as agreed with Landlord
  • Arrange transfer of utilities
  • Liaison with property management agents on behalf of the Landlord
  • Carrying out necessary works as agreed with Landlord
  • Collection of rents on behalf of the Landlord
  • Deal with any maintenance issues that may arise
  • Assist with any insurance claims that might arise
  • Pay agreed outgoings e.g. service charges, insurance premiums etc.
  • Prepare monthly rental statements for Landlord
  • Inspect property on a quarterly basis
  • Carry out a full property inspection and inventory check at the end of tenancy

Management fees and any other expenses incurred on a monthly basis e.g. general repairs will be deducted from this rent with the balance transferring to the owner's bank account. A detailed statement of rental income and expenses will be sent to the owner on a monthly basis.
