- Prior to tenant moving in arrange for cleaning and any maintenance work required as agreed with Landlord
- Arrange transfer of utilities
- Liaison with property management agents on behalf of the Landlord
- Carrying out necessary works as agreed with Landlord
- Collection of rents on behalf of the Landlord
- Deal with any maintenance issues that may arise
- Assist with any insurance claims that might arise
- Pay agreed outgoings e.g. service charges, insurance premiums etc.
- Prepare monthly rental statements for Landlord
- Inspect property on a quarterly basis
- Carry out a full property inspection and inventory check at the end of tenancy
Management fees and any other expenses incurred on a monthly basis e.g. general repairs will be deducted from this rent with the balance transferring to the owner's bank account. A detailed statement of rental income and expenses will be sent to the owner on a monthly basis.
